Swan River Museum raffling quilt, stock certificate PDF Print E-mail

History buffs and quilt lovers still have a chance to purchase raffle tickets for a drawing at the Miami County Swan River Museum in Paola.

Up for grabs is a framed $1,000 stock bond for the Kansas and Neosho Valley Railroad dated 1866, as well as a quilt made by the Miami County Quilters Guild.

Tickets cost $1 for one, $5 for 6, $10 for 12 or $20 for 24. The tickets may be placed in drawings for either prize. The drawing is scheduled to take place at 4 p.m. Dec. 15, and tickets may be purchased up until the drawing takes place.

Tickets can be purchased at the museum, 12 E. Peoria St., Paola.
