One of Louisburg’s largest businesses marked an important milestone June 4.

Louisburg Ford, 111 Fairlane Drive, celebrated 30 years in business.

The company, which has more than 30 employees, has sold more than 20,000 vehicles and has generated nearly $25,000,000 in sales tax revenue since beginning business in Louisburg. The service department has performed maintenance work and repairs on about 8,500 vehicles in the past year.

Louisburg Ford is a seven-time Ford President’s Award winner. The honor is the car company’s top award given to dealers for outstanding sales and service and customer satisfaction. The business also has won Ford Credit’s Partners in Quality Award several times.

“We contribute our success to very loyal customers and the many referrals they provide,” said Jason Gudenkauf, vice president and general manager. “We’re proud to be a part of the local community. We are also proud of the partnership with Ford Motor Co. over the last 30 years.”
