Ashley Kircher of Columbia, Mo., and Matthew Perkins of Harrisburg, Mo., have announced their engagement and plans to be married.  The bride-elect is the daughter of Karl and Becky Kircher of Macon, Mo. She is a 2005 graduate of Macon High School and received an associate’s degree from Moberly Area Community College. The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Billy and Doris Perkins of Harrisburg. He is a graduate of Harrisburg High School. An Oct. 31 wedding is planned at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Columbia, Mo. A reception will follow in the Knights of Columbus Hall.
