1932-2009 Wayne Arnold, 77, Stover, Mo., died Nov. 5, 2009, at Golden Living Center in Spring Hill. He was born July 9, 1932, in Freeman, Mo., to Wilbur C. Arnold and Leota Staley. He graduated from Raymore High School. Wayne formerly lived in the rural Louisburg area. He was a carpenter. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He raced motorcycles in his younger days. He also enjoyed being with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by a brother, Earl Arnold, and a granddaughter. Survivors include two sons, Jeff Arnold of Spring Hill and Kyle Arnold of Lexington, Mo.; a daughter, Tonya Dozier of Dunbar, Neb.; three grandsons; two granddaughters; three brothers, Jerry Arnold of Stover, Mo.; Milt Arnold of Edwardsville, Kan.; Harold Arnold of Lee’s Summit, Mo.; and a sister, Cathy O’Hara of Des Moines, Iowa. Services were Saturday followed by burial in the Orient Cemetery, Harrisonville, Mo. Arrangements were by Penwell-Gabel Louisburg Chapel, 120 S. Broadway, Louisburg, KS 66053, (913) 837-4310.
