Santa Claus will ring in the holidays at “Miracle on Metcalf,” from 5-8 p.m. on Dec. 5 at Louisburg City Lake. Sponsored by the Louisburg Rotary Club, with assistance from the Louisburg Lions Club, the event will feature a host of activities and entertainment – including a storyteller and live nativity scene – as well as free hot dogs, hot chocolate, chips and other snacks. Golf carts will be available to take visitors around the lake to enjoy the Christmas lights.
