Kasey Michelle Lewer and Travis Lee Detherage exchanged wedding vows in a double-ring ceremony Oct. 24, 2009, in an outdoor pavilion in Olathe. The bride is the daughter of Charles and Linda Lewer of Louisburg. 
Her husband is the son of Randy and Robin Detherage of Louisburg.
The Rev. Bob Cave conducted the wedding ceremony. The groom sang “Making Memories of Us,” a Keith Urban song.
Blue and silver was the color theme of the wedding and flowers were blue and white daisies.

Malarie White of Aurora, Colo., and Zach Ostmeyer of Stilwell exchanged wedding vows in a double-ring ceremony Sept. 19, 2009, at Stockton Lake in Stockton, Mo. 
The bride is the daughter of Bill and Kennett White of Bucyrus. Her husband is the son of Roger and Christy Ostmeyer of Cleveland, Mo.
The ceremony was conducted by the Rev. David Collum.
The color theme of the wedding was truffle brown and rose petal pink.
Music was provided by Mary Ostmeyer on piano, Ryan White on guitar and Aimee Noel as the soloist. “When You Say Nothing at All” was a featured song.

Palloma Batista Flores and Josiah Daniel Earl were joined in marriage July 11, 2009, at The Grand Loft in Osawatomie. 
The bride is the daughter of Daniel and Sonia Flores of Anapolis, Brazil. She was given in marriage by her father.
Her husband is the son of Jeffrey and Julie Earl of Louisburg.
The Rev. Steve Sipp and the Rev. Thomas Hubbard conducted the double-ring ceremony.
After a wedding trip to Daytona Beach, Fla., the couple is at home in Overland Park. |

Kimberly Angalet of Louisburg and Andrey Shevchenko of Astana, Kazakhstan, were married in a double-ring ceremony July 10, 2009, in Astana.
The bride is the daughter of Rich and Donna Angalet of Louisburg. She is a 2003 graduate of Louisburg High School and a 2007 graduate of Kansas State University, where she majored in political science and modern languages. She is a Peace Corps volunteer.
Her husband is the son of Gennadiy and Tatyana Shevchenko of Astana. He attended Kazakh-Russian University and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

Wedding vows were exchanged by Audrey Mae Fette and Jon William Harrison on June 20, 2009, at the Grand Loft in Osawatomie.
The bride is the daughter of Dave and Pam Fette of Paola.
The groom is the son of Richard and Carlotta Harrison of Harrisonville, Mo.
The Rev. Richard Brumbaugh performed the double-ring ceremony. Lisa Collier was the soloist on the song, “Me and You.”
The couple’s mothers lit the candles. The bride was given in marriage by both of her parents.
She wore a white strapless taffeta corset A-line gown with beaded gathers. She carried a bouquet of pink gerbera daisies, white roses and mini calla lilies.
