April Allen, daughter of Bob and Teresa Allen of Osawatomie, and Rob Owens, son of Bill and Charlotte Owens of Humboldt, Kan., were married in a double-ring ceremony June 5, 2010, at the Grand Loft in Osawatomie.
The Rev. David Meier officiated at the service. The organist was Alisha Newton, and soloists were Madison Snider, who sang “This Day,” and Bill Owens, who sang “Then” by Brad Paisley.
Candlelighters were Alyssa Hollister and Dalton Johnson.
The bride’s father escorted her to the altar. She wore a diamond white strapless gown with crystal beading.

Kimberly Wyckoff Ayres and John Payton were united in marriage July 17, 2010, at the Cayuga Mission Church in Grove, Okla.
The bride is the daughter of Bill and Nancy Wyckoff of Altamont, Kan., and Marsha and David Mauersberger of Pittsburg.
The groom is the son of Joyce Payton of Miami, Okla., and the late Doug Payton.

Jennifer Bell, daughter of Tony and Tammy Bell, all of Osawatomie, and Nicholas McCord of Lenexa, son of Kent and Terri McCord of Shawnee, were united in marriage June 5, 2010, at the home of the bride’s parents.
The Rev. Leslie King performed the double-ring ceremony. 
The color theme of the wedding was purple and silver. At the end of the ceremony, butterflies were released.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a Maggie Soterro Harmony strapless A-line dress in satin pearl/pewter, with lace-up closure embellished embroidery design on the bodice and hem with a ribbon accent at the waistline.
Steffany Madden served as her cousin’s matron of honor wearing a purple satin strapless, knee-length A-line dress with a sweetheart neckline. Bridesmaids were Kassandra Wright, Samantha Pearson, Kaylee Hurt, Kelsey Stout and Lauren McCord, sister of the groom.
Flower girls were Ashlyn and Avery Bell. Guest book attendants were Megan Brooks and Taylor Henderson. Gift attendants were Molly Bauer, Tiffany Zimmerman and Carmen Roberts.

Chris and Diane Dennis of Louisburg announce the marriage of their daughter, Kelsey Loree Dennis, on May 30, 2010, in Kansas City, Mo., to David D. Hall, son of Sherry and the late Bob Hall of Columbia, Mo.
The bride graduated in May from the University of Kansas with a bachelor of arts degree in speech pathology. She will be attending graduate school in the fall.
Her husband is a 2009 University of Missouri graduate where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in English literature. He is employed in Lawrence.
Grandparents of Kelsey are Romaine and Deloris Dennis of Westline, Mo., and Bill and Reno Shaffer of Drexel, Mo.

Kaylee Nicole Stout of rural Lane and Trevor James Hurt of rural La Cygne were united in marriage on May 22, 2010, at the Flying D Ranch, rural Lane. 
The bride is the daughter of Shane and Debby Stout of rural Lane; granddaughter of Ken and Marilyn New of Paola and Bob and Jane Stout of rural Lane; and great-granddaughter of Maxine Burrows of Osawatomie.
The groom is the son of James and Ruth Hurt and grandson of Billy Hurt, all of rural La Cygne.
The Rev. Gary Gooding performed the double ring ceremony.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a white chiffon A-line wedding gown with a side-draped bodice, beaded lace and a lace-up back. She carried a bouquet of sunflowers accented with wheat stalks and salal.
The two maids of honor were Alecia Zimbleman and Kelsey Stout, sister of the bride, and the matron of honor was Steffany Madden, sister of the bride. They wore canary yellow sleeveless chiffon dresses with satin beaded straps and carried bouquets of daisies.
