Alco poll: SYRIZA continues to lose voters, mainly to the New Left – the most popular ministers

The Alco poll shows a continuing “bleeding” of Syriza voters, but the government's most popular ministers, a benchmark for European elections.

In the first part of the poll presented yesterday, the difference of 16 points between the ND and the second PASOK in the voting intention of the European elections is reflected – which confirms the difference from the third SYRIZA.

Specifically, ND is 28.2%, PASOK is 12.2%, SYRIZA is 10.2% and the closest is KKE at 9.1%.

ALCO: A Rally of Parties

According to the second part of the survey, ND presents the rally at 70% percentage, SYRIZA is the lowest, at 54%, PASOK is at the top with 85%, as well as KKE with 94%, and the Hellenic Solution with 91%.

4% for the ruling party PASOK and did not vote (equal 4%), 17% did not respond.

PASOK has 3% defections to the KKE and a similar percentage of non-votes.

By contrast, SYRIZA “bled” 10% to the New Left, the party that emerged from SYRIZA's split. It loses 4% to PASOK, KKE and the referendum.

More than 6 in 10 respondents (62%) do not believe the European elections are an opportunity for a party to emerge from a strong opposition.

Parties' positions on the economy are the strongest criteria for voting in European elections, followed by social issues, ideology, positions on Europe and finally MEP candidates.

ALCO: Most Famous Government Ministers

The Alco poll also measures the popularity of ministers. First is “no one” with 37%. Defense Minister Nikos Tendias is the most popular with 32%, followed by Education Minister Kyriakos Pierrakakis with 12%, Civil Protection Minister Michalis Chrysokoidis with 10% and Health Minister Adonis Georgiadis with 8%.
