Iulika Skafidas: “I'm not a single-parent family, I'm not married”

Iulika Skafida revealed what has changed in her daily life since becoming a mother, while responding to those who claim she is a single parent family and raising her child alone.

Changes in daily life after the birth of her son

“I'm starting to have some plans for theater and television, how I'm going to manage them, if I want to enter the job market, if I want to stay at home, I'm starting to think about not wasting time, but I don't care. I'm working like so many women, so many men. The child stays at home with another man.

In fact, nothing has changed. What has changed is that I spend a lot of time at home, which I had to do since my school days because I worked all the time and a lot. And what has changed is that I have a man who depends on me for everything, it is not a burden, it is a pleasant responsibility, because he is a child created not by chance, but by desire.”

Glad it's over now, I don't feel like I've grown enough

I have experience and experience, I've read more, lived more, done everything I wanted – and of course I want more – and I've done my bidding. I don't think being young is always an advantage for having a baby. I think I'm still very active and I can't wait for her to grow up a bit to play, dance, sing and play sports…” she added.

I am not a single parent family

“I don't know why this comment, I'm not married. I'm not raising a child alone. Whatever question the child asks me, I'm here to answer them with courage and truth, every parent for their child and any problem they face, I'm here to help them, and other children. They can explain the difference. Be from another family or have a child from him and all children can play, be happy, be loved. That's important.”
