Journalist Olga Koliatsou died

Olga Goliatso Born in 1960 In Athens and after graduating from the German School of Athens, he studied German Linguistics at the University of Athens. He is the scion of a journalistic family, as his late father, Ioannis Koliatsos, a member of ESIEA, was editor-in-chief of APE and KATHIMERINI. This fact made her love journalism and decided to do it professionally.

He began his journalistic career in 1982 at the “Ambrose” newspaper, translating from German publications. Later he worked in “Da Nia” newspaper, in “APE”, in “Ena”, “Mia”, “Tederto” and “Kathimerini” newspaper, while from 1991 to 2011 he worked in the translation department of “Eleftherotypia” newspaper, when the newspaper was closed.

Olga Goliatso was a journalist who stood out for her ethics, professionalism and sense of solidarity with her colleagues. With particular sensibility and upbringing, he continued his family's journalistic tradition and honored the profession of journalism throughout his life.

The ESIEA Board of Directors bids an emotional farewell to its illustrious colleague.
